Tekno & Danfo Driver Beef Ends Over Stealing Song "Jogodo"

 Danfo Drivers has revealed at the Headies 2018 during an interview with the music duo and one of them who mostly spoke stated that it was really disheartening for him to see that Tekno has used their song “Jogodo”, which was a hit during the early 2000 when it was first released has been released again by Tekno without their knowledge.

But according to them, what is mostly painful is the fact that no credit whatsoever was given to the or permission taken from them. He went on to state that the only reason this happened was because they weren’t in Lagos but now that they’re back, Tekno should be ready for him.

Music executive, Ubi Franklin has reacted to the allegation leveled against his artiste, Tekno, by singing veteran music duo, Mad Melon and Mountain Black popularly known as ‘Danfo Drivers’ that he sampled their song ‘Jogodo’ without their consent or even reaching out to them.

Ubi in his reaction, said his team contacted the duo but it was one story or the other from them.

According to the Danfo driver post via instagram;

“Tekno dey owe us money o… Tekno dey make us vex and if I catch am e no go like me… you just come dey carry pessin song dey go dey sing… God save am because we no dey Lagos, now set we don enter Lagos, na because of Tekno we don come here… if I catch am…”

Teckno declares love instead of disagreement as he took to his instagram page and post a picture of him with the danfo drivers, showing the beef between him and this artist ended..
