Sahil is the richest student of hotel management college in Shimla who lost his family at the age of 15 and his only support is his friend Venu. Sahil falls in love at first site with a new student Mithi who belongs to a middle class family.
They soon start dating and fall in love but Sahil feels Mithi is not whom she claims to be and breaks up with her. Mithi is soon held for cheating in her exams and attempts suicide and Sahil develops cold shoulder towards her an they patch up.
Things don’t remain the same as cracks develop between Sahil and Venu’s friendship and Mithi accuses him of rape where he also attacks a college professor.
Many fellow students testify again Sahil’s change in behavior in last few days including Venu and he is sent to asylum. But its reveled that Mithi was mastermind in framing Sahil for everything.
