Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is an upcoming Indian biographical period action movie starring Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, and Kajol, backed by Jagapathi Babu, Pankaj Tripathi, and Sharad Kelkar. Directed by Om Raut, the 17th century film is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, who was the military leader of the Maratha Empire's founder, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Key photography began on September 25, 2018. It was expected to be released worldwide on December 27, 2019. The date of release was pushed back to January 10, 2020.
