Kuda Microfinance Bank customers panic as bank Shutdown and zero customers account.

Recall, Over 1.4million customers of Kuda Microfinance Bank, are currently thrown into confusion after they were locked out of their accounts last year (Nov. 2022). It was gathered that the bank did not explain the reason for the alleged glitch, but some customers said their accounts were also deactivated.

After several customers complained that their account balance was 0 when they logged in, Kuda Bank reportedly found itself in the limelight for the wrong reasons.

According to social media reports, the majority of Kuda Bank customers complain that they are unable to access or view their money when they log in to their accounts.

If you can't see your true account balance at the moment, please know that this isn't permanent. Your money hasn't gone anywhere.

We're working to fix the error quickly. Please, hold on for us.

Kuda Bank, on the other hand has no branches, so there is nowhere to go and complain in person. However, it hasn't stopped Nigerians from using it, particularly the youths.
