I can't login, the app first tries to open a Captcha page then loads back saying "all activities from this device has been blocked due to fraudulent activities". What is wrong?

How can I rectify my wrong gmail address that I linked with new Efx app. I made a mistake in gmail address ( I.e I wrote [email protected] instead of [email protected]) at the point of my registration into exf and i've used it to fund my account and buy some plans in Efx. But at the point of linking gmail address in this Efx new app, it was that gmail address included with figures I.e [email protected], how will I make correction in order to receive my previous Efx and later update my profile with the correct gmail address
