I downloaded the new app but my previous investment is not reflecting in the new login.what should I do please?

I tried login in on the new app, I filled in the phone number I used to register in the old app and clicked login but it isn't login in, it keeps referring me back to that phone number space whereas am so sure of that number I used. Please what's happening?

I just downloaded the New efx app, and I tried logging in with the number I registered with on the old app, but it wouldn't login. It brought out a message about a console stuff.
