Posted by: Yakub Oloyede« on: October 07, 2021, 02:36:22 PM »According to a report by Daily Post, the bodies of Mr. Michael Eso and Mrs. Oluwafisayo Deborah Eso, which were discovered Friday 1st October 2021 on the floor of their dining room in Ilesa, have been buried amidst tears. They were buried at their Ireti Ayo, Ilesa residence on Thursday morning with families, neighbours and sympathisers in attendance. Sympathisers, who described the death of the couple as untimely and unfortunate, added that they were easygoing, hardworking and God-fearing. While urging the police to unravel the cause of their deaths, they also explained that the deceased was hale and hearty before going to bed on the eve of that fateful day. The Esos, who were aged 55 and 50 years respectively, were buried after a solemn service by their church, Last Days Deliverance Miracle Ministry, Agbala Irapada, Ilesa. The deceased couple were found dead in their apartment last Friday with the circumstances surrounding their deaths raising suspicions among Nigerians. DAILY POST recalls that the Osun State Police Command spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola, had stated that the command had commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of the couple. Opalola assured that the results of the autopsies would be made public to allow justice to prevail. Meanwhile, the prime suspect in the deaths, a 13-year-old Beninese who was their house help, is in police custody and is helping the police with their investigation.
