No less than 100 shops, gear and products worth a large number of naira were on Friday bulldozed by an inferno at an area of Sango Plank Market in Ibadan.

As per reports, the market had seen numerous such fiascos previously, with the last bulldozing more than 300 shops.

Abdul-Akeem Olanrewaju, the Chairman of Ibadan and Area Carpenters' Association, Ibadan North Local Government Area, said that the inferno was accounted for to have begun at around 2 am.
