Scores were left injured and others dead after a sand-carrying truck was involved in a ghastly accident in Ibadan the Oyo State.

According to reports, at least about four people were killed in the fatal accident while five motorcycles and tricycles were destroyed with many wounded after the driver lost control of the truck .

According to reports, those who died in the accident include; a motorcycle rider, a woman, an toddler boy and a trader at the Moniya Butcher market, Ibadan.

But, the driver of the tipper was said to have escaped from the scene of the incident unhurt.
