Alao was captured two Sunday's back for supposedly killing Khadija, his girlfried of eight years and covering her remaining parts in his room. It was claimed that he executed her for cash custom. The prosecutor, Mary Adebayo, told the court that Alao and others everywhere plotted to choke Khadijat to death and covered her in his room. She told the court that the blamed submitted the offense on July first at around 7:30 pm at Aratunsi Street, Oke-Aro, Akure. As indicated by her, the offense was in opposition to and culpable under Sections 324 and 316 of the Criminal Code Cap. 37, Vol. I Laws of Ondo State of Nigeria, 2006.
