In a video shared online, the man said the money was given to his wife who runs a POS business so he decided create the awareness for Nigerians not to fall victim. He explained how Nigerians can identify the original note from fake or counterfeit. He pointed that the fake notes did not have the gold seal like the original notes. Recall that the redesigned N1000 notes were released to Nigerians on December 15.
