Hoodlums set a man ablaze, he was burnt to death after he shot and killed somebody in eleme, Rivers state.

According to trezzyhelm Report - An online user who lives in Port Harcourt Disclosed the story, the deceased was about escaping after he shot somebody dead two days ago.
