Security personnel have detained a man in Owerri, the capital of Imo state, for allegedly "snatching" the manhood of another man.

The security personnel, including a soldier, took the man into custody and questioned him.

The victim claimed in a social media video that he went out to get water for his boss and decided to drop the bucket on the way back so he could breathe.

He claimed that the suspect approached him at this point. He claimed that the suspect touched his manhood with his hand and that it changed right away. He claimed that as soon as he raised the alarm, people began to beat the man.

The man claimed that an officer ordered the suspect to return his passport.

The suspect returned the package with some sand and some words after he intervened.
