Members of Greenlanders’ and Icelanders cult group, who invaded Peremabiri Divisional Police Headquarters to release their detained member, Prince Ayibalaifa, held for indecent assault, have been arrested by the Bayelsa State Police Command.

Punch reports that suspects arrested in the Southern Ijaw Local Government Area attack which left Corporal Elijah Osara, a policeman at the station injured, include; Douye Koufe, 23; Wisdom Reuben, 23; Solomon Jackson, 18; Samuel Odozi, 20; Thomas Canan, 23; Andy Daves, 24; and Junior Japhter, 23.

The State’s Commissioner of Police Mr. Asuquo Amba who spoke to newsmen on the attack, said;

‘They actually rescued Prince Ayibalaifa and escaped, but they were re-arrested.’
