In Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, a middle-aged man named Bolu Bamidele well known as Teebam, was murdered on Tuesday by his wife Akanji Ifeoluwa Hadassah Bamidele for having an unmarried kid. Investigations found that the deceased, a businessman with a base in Cairo, unexpectedly traveled from his base to Nigeria to surprise his wife. He had no idea that his trip would ultimately bring him to an early death. Although the deceased's intention was to travel to the country and lavishly celebrate his wife's birthday anniversary, it was reported that instead of receiving a hero's welcome, the wife gave him a dirty slap and accused him of being unfaithful to the point of fathering a bastard child outside of their union. However, it was said that the couple's heated discussions as a result of the development resulted in a breakdown in decorum and a verbal battle. It was gathered that the wife forcibly took his husband’s phone to scan through to ascertain information received concerning the infidelity of his husband but in the process, the husband was said to have resisted her and this infuriated the temperamental wife, who went berserk, after claiming that, she had justified that her husband has really cheated on her for refusing to release his phone to her for fact-finding. She further set her ablaze after locking him in the house and all efforts of residents in the area to save his life proved abortive as it took them hours before they could gain access to the house as a result of burglary proof erected at the entrance door and windows of the house. The wife who was said to have fled the scene to an unknown place and the state police command is now on her trail discovered dead by committing suicide. CLICK HERE TO WATCH VIDEO
