Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has called out members of the House of Representatives.

This comes after the House ordered a total shutdown of p0rnographic websites nationwide.

Recall that on Tuesday, the House of Representatives instructed the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, the telecoms regulator, to block access to all pornographic websites in the country.

Reacting via X, Blaqbonez suggested that the ban was a sign of misplaced priorities.

Using popular adult star Destiny Mira as an example, the rapper argued that adult films “help” citizens through difficult times.

“This country is funny. Destiny Mira, who helps us through tough times, and they want to ban her,” he wrote.
