Diddy is about to face additional legal issues.

Producing Sean "Diddy" Combs' most recent album, The Love Album, the music mogul was sued on Monday in federal court by a producer who said Diddy had been drugging, stalking, and threatening him with a sexual relationship for over a year.

Combs is charged with bullying Jones into hiring prostitutes and engaging in unwelcome sexual relations with them and other individuals. Additionally, he was accused of providing drug-laced wine to partygoers who frequently visited his houses. In the case, producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones claims that from September 2022 to November 2023, he traveled and lived with Diddy, and during that time, he captured hours of film and audio of him, his employees, and other people "engaging in serious illegal activity."

The lawsuit, which was submitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, lists Justin Combs, his adult son; Kristina Khorram, his chief of staff; Sir Lucian Grainge, the CEO of Universal Music Group; and Ethiopia Habtemariam, the former CEO of Motown Records, among its defendants. According to Jones’ lawsuit, Grainge, Habtemariam, Universal Music Group, Love Records, Motown Records, and Combs collaborated successfully in a “RICO enterprise” that “failed to adequately monitor, warn, or supervise” Combs, his son, and his chief of staff’s acts. Any individual or organisation that conspires to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act is considered a RICO enterprise.

Lil Rod is seeking $30 million. An attorney for Combs said Jones’ “reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls,” the attorney, Shawn Holley, said in a statement. “We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

In December, Diddy broke his silence over the allegations from Cassie that he abused and harassed her for years. Two other women had also come out and made allegations about Diddy’s behaviour, including a woman who says Diddy drugged her and filmed himself sexually assaulting her in the 90s.
