Lagos State Gov. Unveils Late Fela Kuti's Statue In Celebration Of His 79th Posthumous Birthday

The Liberation statue of Nigeria’s Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti was unveiled yesterday Sunday October 15, 2017 at Allen Avenue Roundabout, Ikeja, on his 79th posthumous birthday.

The event was rapped up with a command live performance by Femi Kuti at the New Afrika Shrine, which the Governor and his team stopped over for.
