Nigerian singer, Kiss Daniel who left his former record label G-Worldwide Entertainment to launch his own label ‘Fly Boy Inc’, has been dragged to court for allegedly breaching the seven year deal he signed with his former record label in 2013.
In the lawsuit which was made public, G-Worldwide Entertainment is forbidding him from performing any of the tracks recorded during his contract or booking any event with the name Kiss Daniel.
Kiss Daniel seems to be taking the court case against him by his record label, G-Worldwide, in stride.
The record label had on Tuesday released a statement disclosing its intention to take legal action against the singer for actions they deem to be breaches of the contract he signed with them.
The label had, among other grouses, frowned at the 23-year-old for “taking steps to appoint a new manager for bookings”.
In what can be seen as a response, Kiss Daniel posted a picture of himself on his Instagram page and captioned it “…this is gonna be a sweet victory for you young man”.
