Paul Okoye of P-Square music group is famously known all over the world as a singer, songwriter and producer. Paul and his twin brother, Peter, started out as footballers with Pepsi Academy in Jos.



Paul was a goalkeeper, while Peter plays either as a right-wing attacker or striker. The Chelsea FC of England midfielder, John Obi Mikel, was their junior at the academy.

Meanwhile, below are six things you don’t know about Paul, who can easily be described as an introvert:

1: His favourite drink is Red Label. He usually mixes the drink with coke and ice cubes.
2: He started dating his wife, Anita, when she was 18 during his final year at the University of Abuja where he studied Business Administration.
3: He is the only one that smokes cigarettes between the P-Square twins. His brand of cigarette is Benson & Hedges. Ironically, it was the same company that sponsored the Golden Tones talent hunt concerts that brought P-Square to limelight.
