Zlatan Ibrahimovic got his Manchester United career off to the perfect start on Saturday, scoring an overhead kick in a 5-2 win over Galatasaray.
It took just four minutes for Ibrahimovic to put his mark on the game, with typical ‘dare to Zlatan’ finesse, meeting a cross with a scissor kick and sending it past the goalkeeper.
Galatasaray pulled level through Sinan Gumus before Bruma brought an end to a fantastic move with an exquisite finish.
Wayne Rooney tied things up 10 minutes into the second half and restored United’s lead shortly afterwards when he converted a penalty.
Marouane Fellaini put the game beyond doubt when he headed a cross past Fernando Muslera, and Juan Mata added another after 75 minutes.
