The centre-half deflected a second-half strike from Alex
Oxlade-Chamberlain into his own net, after his team-mate had
been shown a straight red just 16 minutes into the game
Arsenal were gifted a 1-0 victory at Newcastle on Saturday, with
Fabricio Coloccini putting through his own net after Aleksandar
Mitrovic had got himself sent off.

Mitrovic, who had been booked in his two previous Premier
League outings, was shown a straight red card for a wild stamp
on Francis Coquelin after just 16 minutes of play.

Coloccini then decided the game in Arsenal’s favour when he
deflected home a strike from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain seven
minutes into the second half.
