The Columbus Division of Police is investigating a shooting which left a male dead early Tuesday morning. As it's Disclosed by 10Tv, According to police, they received a 911 call at 4:18 a.m. to East 20th Avenue and Cleveland Avenue on a reported shooting in the Linden area.

Authorities say when officers arrived they located a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition where he later died.

Detectives on the scene have not released the age or identity of the victim and have no suspect information at this time. This shooting remains under investigation.
