US President Donald Trump has cautioned that America could slice off budgetary guide to nations that back a United Nations determination contradicting the acknowledgment of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
Trump had recently resisted all feedback and judgment to announce Jerusalem the capital of Israel.
"They take a huge number of dollars and even billions of dollars, and afterward they vote against us," he told columnists at the White House.
"Give them a chance to vote against us. We'll spare a great deal. We couldn't care less."
His remarks come in front of an UN General Assembly vote on a determination contradicting any acknowledgment of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
The draft determination does not say the US but rather says any choices on Jerusalem ought to be crossed out.
US envoy to the UN Nikki Haley had before cautioned part expresses that President Trump had requested that her provide details regarding "who voted against us" on Thursday.
