9mobile has just added some cool data plans. But today, we are going to be discussing on just one of the plans which is 2GB data for 500 Naira plus free social data.

9mobile 2GB data is a normal data that doesn’t require any VPN to power all apps, except the free social data that only works on social media apps like Facebook, WhatsApp and Messenger. But you can use EC Tunnel VPN to power all apps using the free social data by selecting 9mobile Social Bundle tweak in the VPN.

It’s also worth knowing that the 2GB data is valid for just 2 days and the free social data is valid for 3 days. There’s also a grace period of 2 days to rollover unused data.

This data plan is not sim selective. Every customer is eligible for this data.

⇒ First of all, recharge your 9mobile sim with N500 airtime
⇒ Then dial *200*3*1*1*5*4#
⇒ Choose either to Auto renew the data or one-off subscription
⇒ Dial *228# to check data balance
