1. Job Title: Marketer
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

✅ Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
✅ Persists in sales even in the face of failure
✅ Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
✅ Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
✅ Answers questions from clients
✅ Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
✅ Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
✅ Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
✅ Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
✅ Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
✅ Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
✅ Makes product appeal to the target market
✅ Trains other sales people in the art of selling
✅ Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period

Requirements

✅ Candidates should possess HND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.

2. Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

✅ Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
✅ Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback
✅ Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions
✅ Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, this includes stocking supplies and maintaining clean restrooms and public spaces
✅ Ensure proper approval for customer discounts, returns and exchanges while providing customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the company
✅ Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients
✅ Oversee and administer quizzes and tests to ensure employees have a firm understanding of company policy
✅ Oversee and maintain inventory and order office, cleaning and other supplies as needed

Requirements

✅ Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science with 2 – 4 years work experience.

3. Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

✅ Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
✅ Develops and implements growth strategies
✅ Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
✅ Raises capital through banks or outside investors to help foster growth or obtain sales goals
✅ Provides mentoring to all employees, including management
✅ Motivates staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
✅ Coordinates with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees
✅ Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
✅ Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
✅ Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organisation goals
✅ Evaluates newly implemented sales plans

Requirements
