The nominations for the MOBO Awards 2017 have just been announced, with Stormzy leading the way with five nominations. J Hus receives four nods in categories including 'Best Male', 'Best Album', 'Best Song' and 'Best Video.' This year marks the 22nd Anniversary of the MOBOs and it appears that there is a huge focus on the UK’s thriving Hip-Hop and Grime scenes. The awards ceremony will be held in Leeds at the First Direct Arena on 29th November and will be broadcast live on ITV2 and repeated in full on ITV.
