These are all anticipated shows, but “Game Of Thrones” is expected to be like an epic, expensive mini-movie for each episode. Season 8 will be shorter than previous seasons, consisting of only six episodes, due to the smaller amount of story content remaining, as well as the increased production values and time required to film episodes involving larger set pieces than in previous seasons.

The final season will be the final showdown between the Starks and House of Targaryen union versus Cersei Lannister and her army and then, of course, the blight looking to destroy them all, the zombie’d White Walkers. It seems like everyone is going to bite it and the cast and creators have promised a show that will surprise, shock and satisfy. Can’t wait. Check out the new footage from all the shows below.

“Winterfell is yours, your grace,” and with that, HBO has given us our first look at the first footage from the much-anticipated final season of “Game of Thrones.” It’s gotta be quite the moment, Sana Stark (Sophie Turner), ceding her home, Winterfell and relinquishing power to Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) standing next to her brother Jon Snow (Kit Harington). There’s a lot of cloying smiles here, but underneath the pleasantries, it looks like there’s a lot of bitter daggers and while they’re all ostensibly on the same team now, allies and have a common enemy, no ones interlopers on “Game Of Thrones.” The final season airs in April. However, there is so no final premiere date yet.
