Jamie Lee Curtis comes back to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

The film stars Curtis, Greer, and Matichak alongside Will Patton, Virginia Gardner, and Nick Castle.

Green directs a script he penned with “Vice Principals” scribes Danny McBride and Jeff Fradley. Distribution will be handled by Universal Pictures.

“Halloween” will premiere at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival before it hits theaters October 19.
