Needless to say, if you watched the show, you know exactly what we mean. Now, the second season picks up where the first left off and fans will finally see what’s in store. The real question now is whether or not the series is able to match (or maybe even surpass) the creative high of last season with its sophomore outing. Many series have stumbled after quick success, and never really recovered (looking at you, “Westworld”). With the stellar cast and the footage seen in the trailers, it appears that “Killing Eve” might be able to buck that trend and become one of the best series of 2019. “Killing Eve,” as mentioned above stars Oh and Comer, and has quickly become a critical darling, finishing in many, many Best of 2018 lists (including our own). Oh picked up an Emmy nomination of her own for her performance (her sixth overall Emmy nom). The second season of “Killing Eve” will premiere on BBC America on April 7 at 8/7c.
