This show does not depict my reality completely, but it depicts someone's... Where white women up in arms when Sex in the City premiered?? Probably... But HBO's popularity increased significantly. People watched SITC like it was a train wreck. I know I did. Saw the movies too. Just as SITC, this show is receiving both acclaim and criticism for its subject matter and characters.

Like SITC, this show has multiple continuing storylines that tackle relevant and modern social issues such as sexuality, safe sex, promiscuity, and femininity, while exploring the difference between friendships and romantic relationships through each of these sista's very different, individual perspectives.

Samantha in SITC slept with many men including a really old guy and we saw the wrinkles in his butt in a view from the back. Can Tyler do any worse??? Tyler, please don't test my gag reflex...
