Get ready for love, laughs, lube, and the best time of their lives. Coming January 11, only on Netflix. Joining Anderson and Butterfield in the cast are Ncuti Gatwa, Connor Swindells, Kedar Williams-Stirling, and Emma Mackey. As seen in the first trailer, “Sex Education” follows the story of a young man named Otis (Asa Butterfield), who is known as the guy with the sex therapist mom (Gillian Anderson). And when he and his best friend cook up the idea of picking up girls using a sex therapy clinic at his high school, things begin to get out of control for Otis. Add to the already awkward premise the fact that he’s in love with a girl that seems to want nothing to do with him, other than money, and a healthy dose of sexual identity issues that seem to be topics du jour most days, and it would appear that Netflix has another potentially quality series on its hands. “Sex Education” hits Netflix on January 11.
