Season 1 of Brew Brothers ends with beer-obsessed siblings Will and Adam Rodman embarking on a new chapter in their careers as braumeisters, but is Netflix going to order another round of this comedy? Created by Greg Schaffer, Brews Brothers follows the fractious and competitive relationship between Will (Alan Aisenberg) and Adam (Mike Castle), who are skilled at brewing beer but very bad at selling it. With the help (and sometimes hindrance) of their employees, Sarah (Carmen Flood) and Chuy (Marques Ray), the two brothers struggle to keep Rodman's Brewery afloat and bring their alcoholic concoctions to new customers.

At the end of Brews Brothers season 1, Will and Adam seem to have finally found success when they receive an offer to buy the brewery, only for things to go awry. The finale ends with the two of them being given a second chance, but will Netflix give the series the same treatment?

Brews Brothers Season 2 Released Date And Renewal Status



Brews Brothers has not yet been renewed for season 2 by Netflix. The streaming service typically waits several weeks to a couple of months to make a renewal decision, in order to properly gauge the show's popularity.

The viewing figures may not bode well for Brews Brothers, as the show didn't break into Netflix's US Top 10 in the first weekend of its release, and it has received generally lackluster reviews from critics. Expect a decision regarding Brews Brothers season 2 by mid-June 2020.

Things moved quickly with Brews Brothers season 1, as Netflix announced an eight-episode series order in August 2019 and the show released just eight months later, in April 2020. Moving forward, however, nothing is certain.

The coronavirus pandemic has led to the shutdown of almost all TV and film production for an indefinite period of time, so if Brews Brothers season 2 does get the green light from Netflix then it may be a while before it arrives. If the lockdown is lifted sooner rather than later then Brews Brothers season 2 could release in summer 2021. Be prepared for a longer wait, though.
