The morning talk show is familiar ground for the studio to launch their promos (Disney owns ABC), and I’d put good money on Howard or Kathleen Kennedy stopping in to say a few words, and soothe fans’ fears, before unspooling the first, highly anticipated trailer. There’s still lots of questions to be addressed — the main one being if the movie is still actually coming out in less than four months on May 25th. But we’ll know the answer to that and much more very soon. It looks like we’ll get some kind of trailer tease or TV spot between tackles on Sunday, followed by the whole shebang first thing Monday morning. So, you might want to go a little easy on the beer at your Uncle’s Super Bowl soiree.
