Bodhi gives a rare tour de force performance while starring alongside his actual mother and father (Mark Webber and Teresa Palmer). Told through both the eyes of a father and his young son the story moves between the authentic real world and a fantasy realm filled with mythical creatures and circumstances. And if the footage from the film isn’t already enough to get you emotional, then maybe a bit of backstory and context about the project will bring it home. You see, not only is Webber the writer and director of the film, but he’s also the star, along with his real-life wife, Teresa Palmer, and their young son, Bodhi Palmer. So, the fact that the family created and stars in this film makes the emotional impact of the relationship on screen that much more significant. The film stars Mark Webber, Teresa Palmer, Bodhi Palmer, Nicole Elizabeth Berger, Eric Olsen, Sarah Wright Olsen, and Phoebe Tonkin. “The Place of No Words” debuted recently at the Tribeca Film Festival. No theatrical release has been announced.
