Posted by: Yakub Oloyede« on: June 05, 2018, 12:47:57 AM »Six years after the events of the first film, the story will center on Ralph’s adventures in the Internet data space when a Wi-Fi router gets plugged into the arcade by Mr. Litwak as he must find a replacement part to fix Sugar Rush. Along the way, Ralph and his best friend Vanellope von Schweetz encounter new customs, worlds, and characters, such as trendy algorithms and the Disney Princess lineup. Joining stars Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch, Jack McBrayer, and John C. Riley are Taraji P. Henson and Alan Tudyk as new characters. And a few familiar Marvel and Star Wars faces will also be making appearances. But most importantly, all the original voices of the Disney princesses (!!!!!!) reprising their iconic roles. Earlier this year, Disney surprised fans at the D23 fan expo by bringing out the entire roster of actresses on stage. Co-director Rich Moore told EW that the in-house test screening had gotten some pretty good reactions, “but when those princesses came onstage, it was like the Beatles to that crowd.” Moore is a prolific animation director having helmed several episodes of “The Simpsons” and “Futurama” along with the original “Wreck-It Ralph” and “Zootopia.” Co-director and writer Johnston also worked on the Disney films serving as the screenwriter for both. “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” lands in theaters on November 21, 2018.
