The famous musician Raphael Saadiq releases his new album Jimmy Lee later this evening (Aug. 23rd). In almost 8 years, this marks his first album. The Tony! Toni! Toné! Frontman's guest appearances on the album are interesting from people like Reverend E. Baker, guitarist Rob Bacon and more.

But on the last track ‘Rearview’ there is a surprise feature from none other than Kendrick Lamar. The rap superstar doesn’t drop a verse on the song but does help with a singing-type of intro to set the tone.

“How can I change the world but can’t change myself? How can I please the world but not God himself? How can I see the world stuck in this box?” he harmonizes on the groovy bass-driven track. It is now available in select international markets — listen to/preview it below.
