Robert Allen, the third presume captured for XXXTENTACION's murder, is apparently requesting that a judge let him out on bail.  As its disclosed by TMZ, Allen, 22, demands there's no evidence he carried out a wrongdoing and trusts he ought to be discharged so he can deal with his pregnant life partner.
