Robert Allen, the third presume captured for XXXTENTACION's murder, is apparently requesting that a judge let him out on bail.  As its disclosed by TMZ, Allen, 22, demands there's no evidence he carried out a wrongdoing and trusts he ought to be discharged so he can deal with his pregnant life partner. He guarantees he will return to work at a Broward County, Florida yard mind business.

Allen was prosecuted for first-degree kill by a great jury alongside Dedrick Williams, Trayvon Newsome and Michael Boatwright. Every one of the four stay in guardianship.

X was slaughtered on June 28 outside of RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida amid what his legal counselor accepted was an "irregular burglary."
