Meek Mill held an extensive interview in Bahamas with Charlamagne Tha God. Fresh off a GRAMMY nomination for his latest album Championships (Best Rap Album), Meek opens up with the host of The Breakfast Club about all that goes on with his life and future plans.

Meek was quite open about his past addiction to pills, revealing that he was popping up to 10 pills a day at one point. “I never disclosed this, but I was popping 10 percocets a day. You walking with death. Real sh*t. You pop two in the morning, they gone wear off by four,” Meek said.

“They need to know though, cause some of their favorite artists popping 20 30’s on the low bout to die and nobody catering to what’s going on. I had to cater to myself…I had to make a decision with myself. You gonna be a high pill popper or you gonna be a millionaire bossed up type n*gga and they ain’t mix,” he continued.

Meek also talked about his much publicized beef with Drake which has since been squashed. The Philly rapper admits that he still doesn’t know why he decided to get involved in rap war with Drizzy. Watch the full conversation below.
