Royce 5’9″ is one of the finest emcees to ever touch the mic but what’s impressive is his longevity with A-class bars.

The Detroit legend is releasing his new album The Allegory on Feb. 21st featuring guest appearances from Vince Staples, T.I., Westside Gunn and more. After ‘Over Comer‘ which made headlines due to shots at Yelawolf on it and the followup ‘I Don’t Age‘, Royce returns with another new song today, ‘Upside Down’.

This time, he connects with Griselda’s Benny The Butcher and singer Ashley Sorell (who does the vintage Suzanne Vega melody) for a real classic sounding joint where both rappers deliver rhymes that you make you stop and think.
