According to TMZ, officers pulled Offset over just outside of Atlanta for his tinted windows when they claim to have discovered a gun. Migos’ Offset arrested for gun and marijuana possession. He’s reportedly been charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), possession of a weapon during a crime, and an improper lane change.

Back in 2015, Offset served time in a Georgia prison for drugs and firearm possession.
Since his December 2015 release, he has been arrested in the state multiple times, including for driving with a suspended license and for marijuana possession.
