Uncle Murda does his Rap Ups every year, but he has risen to a point where everyone looks forward to it falling on the last day of the year/first day of the new year over the past couple of years.
The 2020 version of his rap series is here after a bit of a break. The one in 2019 was 10 minutes long, but the version in 2020 is nearly 14 minutes long. Thanks to the global Covid-19 pandemic and all that came with it, it's no surprise because of how long this past year really was.
Uncle Murda has released the music video for his much appreciated Rap Up. Watch it below.
For this one, Murda raps about the virus, vaccine, the Tory Lanez-Megan Thee Stallion situation, Gucci Mane-Jeezy beef, the black lives matter protests, Trump & the Presidential elections, George Floyd’s murder, Rowdy Rebel’s release, stimulus checks, “fake beef” with Casanova, Jeremih having a death scare with Covid-19, August Alsina-Jada situation, VERZUZ, Meek Mill on Clubhouse, and so much more. There are two beat switches too and the production is actually really solid.
Right at the end, Murda says this will be his last Rap Up. Listen below.
