The actress is said to have been battered by her husband which has now landed her at an undisclosed hospital. Sources say this will not be the first time Mercy Aigbe will be hit by her husband but she has been enduring it all this while in the name of marriage. The marriage which is already 7 years has produced a son. Her husband Lanre has children from his first wife, while Mercy has a teen daughter from her previous marriage too. When the actress started dating Lanre Gentry, tongues were wagging back then that, the hotelier was happily married and Mercy should stay off. But Lanre granted interviews saying, his wife was no longer with him and he was free to re-marry. Long story short, Mercy got pregnant delivered their son and the couple later tied the knot legally. Lanre also took to his IG today to talk about promiscuous women, he wrote; "Say 'No' to the promiscuous n irresponsible women....#ma quote#". However that lit up his IG page and three hours later, he removed the photo and posted the one you see above and captioned it "I love my wife so much." Some people have been swearing this won't be the first time Mercy will be hit so bad by her husband. Btw, gist has it that one Opemititi aka 'Queen Stunner' is allegedly the one that has been causing troubles in their marriage lately, as Lanre is said to be having an affair with her. Queen stunner used to be Mercy's close friend till they fell apart.
