Elizabeth Oshoba of Nigeria has won silver medal at the ongoing Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
 
Oshoba won on Sunday evening in the women’s featherweight boxing competition.
 
The Nigerian boxer lost all five rounds to Northern Ireland’s Michaela Walsh at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham.
 
Oshoba is the only Nigerian boxer in the final of the boxing event at Games.
 
Enroute final, Oshoba defeated Australia’s Tina Rahimi 4-1 in the semifinals.
