The Senate President, Bukola Saraki; Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, the National Chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus, and Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal were among the PDP leaders that staged a protest against the outcome of the election at the INEC headquarters in Abuja on Friday.

Oyetola visited Buhari on Friday at the State House, Abuja, and was accompanied by Adams Oshiomhole, APC National Chairman, as well as the incumbent Governor of the state, Rauf Aregbesola.

Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State on Friday condemned leaders of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party for protesting at the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission over the conduct of the state governorship election.

Aregbesola, who was at the Presidential Villa, Abuja to formally present the Osun State governor-elect, Gboyega Oyetola, to President Muhammadu said the PDP leaders are  “mentally unstable.”
