The Former Secretary to the Osun State Government Moshood Adeoti has attacked Governor Rauf Aregbesola, as more stakeholders dump the party of All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking while receiving the defectors to the Action Democratic Party (ADP), the immediate past SSG slammed the governor for his alleged highhandedness.
Adeoti stated the insistence of Aregbesola that his Chief of Staff, Gboyega Oyetola, should be APC governorship candidate despite the rejection of leaders of the party, forced him to dump the APC.
He also said that the roads linking some major towns in Osun West Senatorial District such as the Iwo-Osogbo Road and roads within Iwo town had remained in deplorable conditions for almost eight years of Aregbesola’s reign.
“I built the structure of the party in Osun but the leadership style of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola who I trusted, caused me to leave the party because of his anointed candidate, Gboyega Oyetola. The APC in Osun is synonymous with nepotism and impunity,”Adeoti said.
