In the presidential election that took place on Saturday in Lagos, Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party is currently in the lead by vote.
INEC had declared 17 local governments as of 3:30 am before the results’ collation was adjourned to 10: 00 am.
However, Peter Obi won seven of the ten LGAs that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu won, placing him ahead of Peter Obi in this category.
Agege, Apapa, Badagry, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ifako-Ijaiye, Ikorodu, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, and Surulere have all been crowned Tinubu's victories.
Obi, on the other hand, has taken Eti-Osa, Amuwo Odofin, Ikeja, Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Kosofe, Oshodi-Isolo, and Somolu.
Tinubu received 416,431 votes, while Obi received 449,088.
We can only anticipate Alimosho, Ojo, and Mushin's outcomes.
The result for Mushin LG was initially announced by the Collation Officer, but it was rejected due to a number dispute.
Alimosho, Ojo, and Mushin results are anticipated, and Tinubu, a former Governor of the State, is still anticipated to win the majority of votes in the state.
The APC Presidential Candidate may have a leg up on his rival now that he has won Mushin and Alimosho, the state with the most people.
However, it is anticipated that Obi will win Ojo, a region dominated by non-indigenes, particularly Igbos.
