Utuama, speaking during a reception held in his honour by the leadership of the party at his Otu-Jeremi country home residence, Ughelli South Local Government Area, urged party faithful to remain steadfast “even though we are very vulnerable now considering the fact that we have been in power for the last 16 years and now we are no longer in the presidency and we have lost some states.” Noting that the All Progressives Congress, APC was on a political experiment, he said; “If you look at the structure of APC, it is not an enduring one. Whether a building will stand the test of time depends on its foundation.” “They are strange bed fellows and they are bound to crash. In another four years, we will overtake them. There are structural defects in APC which will manifest very soon but we pray that the manifestation does not affect Nigeria.”
