WILL HOLD BETWEEN TUESDAY 4TH TO TUESDAY 18TH AUGUST, 2015. THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, OFFA P.M.B. 420, OFFA, KWARA STATE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR 2015/2016 POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE This is to announce the post UTME screening exercise for candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the JAMB 2015 UTME examination that the screening will hold between Tuesday 4th to Tuesday 18th August, 2015. ELIGIBILITY OF CANDIDATES The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the screening exercise. Candidates who scored 150 and above in the JAMB 2015 UTME and who made * Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First Choice Institution. * Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their Second Choice Institution. REGISTRATION AND SCREENING PROCEDURE All applicants for screening are to visit http:// portal.fpo.edu.ng , and make payment of N2,000 with an ATM card that is inter switch compatible. Fill required information, take the prescribed screening test and print out the result slip. Please note that any false data entry during the online registration for screening will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any time so discovered. All candidates are enjoined to visit the Polytechnic’s Website www.fpo.edu.ng for appropriate entry requirements for programmes of their choice and other relevant information.
