Barcelona president, Joan Laporta, has confirmed that Samuel Umtiti and Martin Braithwaite must leave the club this summer.
According to Laporta, both players must “understand that it’s time to join another club”.
Barca are trying to trim down both their squad and wage bill to be able to register new signings.
Laporta said: “Umiti and Braithwaite? Both now understand that it’s time to join another club.”
On new arrivals, he added: “We will complete one more signing with an agreement in principle.”
It is believed the signing will be Chelsea defender, Marcos Alonso, with a deal very close to being finalized.
Alonso was left out of Thomas Tuchel’s squad for their 1-0 win at Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.
